"Kazan Beverly Hills delivers one of the most refined ramen experiences I’ve had in Los Angeles — and I eat a lot of ramen. Featured in the Michelin Guide for 4 consecutive years, and honestly, you feel the craftsmanship in every bite. We started with the Osaka Tempura Shrimp, served golden and light on a bed of onions. Perfect texture, clean fry, and the sauces were a thoughtful touch. The Sake Crispy Wings? A must-order. Deep flavor, ultra-crispy skin, and that glaze… dangerously good. The surprise favorite on the appetizer side was the Wagyu Royale Sando. Rich, juicy, and brought to life by their jalapeño creamy sauce (which I’d buy by the bottle if they let me). You can see the passion in every detail — including Chef Ryu’s house-made sauces. But the star of the night was the Chashu Supreme. A bowl that deserves its reputation. Silky broth, handmade noodles with the right bounce, and chashu so tender it practically melts before you finish lifting it with chopsticks. Easily an 11/10 dish. We also tried the Lamb in Lava, a dramatic, spicy bowl with deep mala heat. It’s bold, aromatic, and perfect for anyone who loves a punchy, flavor-forward broth. From the thoughtful plating to the warm hospitality, Kazan feels like a restaurant run by people who truly care about their craft. If you’re looking for ramen that rises above trends and delivers genuine technique, this is the place. Highly recommend for food lovers, date nights, and even restaurant owners looking for inspiration — this is how you build a brand with soul."

"The premium ingredients (wagyu, lamb chops, truffle-infused broth) bring real luxury to a ramen/fusion-Japanese concept. The flavor profiles ranged from comfortingly rich to boldly spicy, keeping every dish interesting. The setting in Beverly Hills adds finesse and makes it ideal for date nights or special outings. Great if you’re looking for something more than your every-day ramen shop—an elevated experience that still feels fun and authentic. Food 10/10 Service 10/10 Chashu Supreme Ramen is highly recommended"

"I recently checked out Kazan Beverly Hills and was really impressed with the variety of flavors and the creativity in the dishes. If you’re looking for ramen with some unique twists, this spot is definitely worth trying. We started with the Yuzu Crunch Edamame, which was a great way to kick off the meal. The steamed edamame was tossed with fried onion, chili yuzu, and sesame oil, giving it a bright citrus flavor with a little heat and a nice crunch from the onions. Next were the Crispy Wontons, filled with pork and shrimp and served with green onions, cilantro, string chili, and a sweet spicy sauce. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the sauce added a really nice balance of sweetness and spice. One of the standout items was the Wagyu Royale Sando. It’s served on crispy Japanese milk bread with a juicy wagyu beef patty, melted American cheese, and Chef Ryu’s Hyper Fusion Umami Bomb Sauce. The bread had a great crunch, the wagyu was rich and flavorful, and the sauce added layers of chili heat and savory umami. For ramen, we tried two different bowls. The Signature ramen features thin shina soba noodles in a clear yet rich soy based broth with truffle seasoning. It came with chashu pork, shrimp wontons, green onions, Tokyo onions, and string chili. The broth was surprisingly light but still very flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. We also had the Chashu Supreme, which has a truffle chicken broth with thin noodles, tender chashu, and a soft boiled egg. The broth had a subtle sweetness and a rich depth of flavor that made it really enjoyable. To finish the meal, we tried the Mochi Ice Cream Flight with cookies and cream and green tea. The mochi was soft and chewy, and the ice cream inside was smooth and refreshing. Overall, Kazan Beverly Hills delivers a great mix of traditional ramen and creative dishes. The quality of the ingredients really stands out, and everything we tried had great flavor. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in Beverly Hills and craving ramen."

"The service at Kazan Beverly Hills was honestly one of the best parts. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole night feel easy and relaxed. We tried a little bit of everything: the Summer Salad, Wagyu Royale Sando with that killer jalapeño sauce, Sake Steamed Clams, the Creamy Chicken, Tsukemen Dipping Ramen with truffle oil, plus some cold sake and beer. Every dish hit in its own way, and the fresh house made noodles were a standout. We wrapped it all up with a strawberry dessert I can’t remember the name of, but it was the perfect sweet finish. Highly recommend for a cozy, laid back date night."
